DAWN monitors data to determine if any of your user-defined criteria have been met. You have the ability to define an unlimited number of criteria to define the conditions of interest to store data. The amount of pre-trigger data and post trigger data are user-definable so you can capture the event leading up to a failure or start acquiring performance data once the conditions are suitable to start.

Building on its monitoring capabilities, DAWN also does advanced vehicle diagnostics using Snap-Master’s analysis and Relay Element.

DAWN will even adapt to the vehicle’s status by changing the instrument so that data will be acquired differently, for example, acquiring the data faster or acquiring more parameters to better document the problem or performance.

You can configure the display to change colors to show warning and alarm conditions when viewed on a PC.
